Through the development of the data interface, the data synchronization of Oone’s customs system has been realized on O-net’s SAP related data, mainly include: enterprise goods file ( material, finished product, semi-finished product, equipment), bottom BOM, purchase order, purchase material receipt, sales order, sales outbound delivery order, finished product shipping plan, export invoice, export packing list, production order, production issue note, completion warehouse warrant, inventory data, etc.

2. It meets the regulatory requirements of that the source and flow of customs import and export goods are clear and traceable.

3. According to the data written into the customs system through the interface, the manual filing and the related production of import and export documents are carried out through the customs system, and the verification logic is carried out according to the customs supervision and inspection rules to effectively avoid declaration errors.

4. Uploading the declaration data to the single window through the message declaration mode, for avoiding the occurrence of incomplete data during the data transmission process, and achieving the goal of accurate declaration.

5. Completely downloading historical (three years) declaration data to meet the requirements of customs and AEO customs data preservation and traceability.

6. According to the interface written  purchase material receipt, production order, sales order, sales outbound delivery order and import and export declaration data into the system and effectively associated to meet the requirements of the tracing test.

7. According to the SAP inventory data written into the system, a balance sheet for the implementation of the material number level manual is generated to understand the short overflow of bonded goods in real time.
